How Will My Prints Be Shipped?

Each print is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve and shipped in a hard-backed envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

For prints A3 or larger, we use a sturdy tube.

Framed prints are securely packed in a protective box for safe delivery.

Can I Return a Print?

As each print is made-to-order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit. This applies to both prints and frames, which are custom-made and cannot be resold.

This ensures every order is freshly printed, and you’ll never receive items from prior returns. We proudly uphold this policy to maintain the highest standard of quality and care.

Please double-check your size and design before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, cancellations may be possible.

Since we aim to process orders quickly—often within 1–3 hours, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I Buy as a Gift for Someone?

Of course you can!

At checkout, use your own email to receive all order updates, and enter the recipient’s name and shipping address. We’ll make sure the package arrives without any pricing or receipts, so your gift stays a surprise.

Can I Get Prints Without Text?

Absolutely!

The 20x20-inch and 28x28-inch square prints are designed without text to showcase the full artwork.

Due to their square proportions, text doesn’t fit well, and many customers prefer these sizes for a clean, art-focused look.

If you’d like location text included, all other sizes will feature it as shown in the listing.
